Tami Fawcett
Office Manager
Machines don’t run themselves, including the TPI machine. Tami keeps this machine running smoothly by handling all that goes on behind the scenes. With a background in production management, she knows when to crack the whip, and she does.
Hometown through and though… Tami grew up in St. Charles while St. Charles was still growing up itself – and stayed to raise her own family. She started her work life with a local home builder, where she quickly worked her way from the mailroom to production management. Soon enough, she found her way to TPI to do all the behind-the-scenes work that isn’t listed on our capabilities page – from bookkeeping to benefits management to planning the next potluck – Tami’s got us covered. Outside work, Tami finds any excuse to brag on her family, road trip with the pups, or enjoy a ladies’ night.
