we keep growing and growing and growing...

It seems TPI has more than just a fondness for pink, fuzzy bunnies in common with the people over at Energizer! With almost every newsletter, we've got a new face or two to introduce, and this one is no exception. Since you last heard from us we've added three new members to the crew and here they are in no certain order!

Katie Kiefer - art director

Katie joined the TPI team last January fresh off a successful stint as a freelance designer following a previous position as Art Director for St. Louis-based promotional agency, Groove. Prior to this work, Katie put her considerable talent to use as Art Director for the St. Louis branch of global marketing firm, Momentum. Throughout her career, Katie has been at the helm of design projects for a number of notable clients including Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola and Microsoft. Her experience includes the design of products, advertising campaigns, promotional materials and websites. In her current role as art director for TPI, Katie is actively involved in the strategic planning and concept development for design projects from A to Z.

David Peoples - programmer

David came to our rescue in May, answering our SOS call for a PHP Superhero.  David cut his programming teeth, so to speak, over the course of a 20 year career with St. Louis-based, The Touring Cyclist, where he functioned as the resident Jack of all Trades. In addition to running the purchasing department, David also occasionally worked the retail floor, repaired bikes, published the newsletter and ran IT operations. In that role, David single-handedly created and managed the company's web site and wrote all the major software tools that are now used to run the business. While at TPI, David puts his expertise to use on a daily basis to help us turn our creative concepts into fully-functioning web sites, brimming with custom functionality.

Sarah Linton - graphic design intern

May was a big month for TPI! In addition to David's arrival, we also welcomed Sarah to the fold as a graphic design intern. Sarah is onboard this summer to observe and assist in creative planning and development of our design projects. Currently finishing a B.F.A. in graphic design at the University of Central Missouri, she is also intensely interested in flash and web development. At this point, Sarah doesn't have her heart set on any particular career path, but looks forward to the varied opportunities that await her and appreciates the opportunity to sample all that the interactive industry has to offer by working alongside the rest of the TPI team.
